This agreement is an open-ended contract for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program. CCJM provided key on-site Electrical Inspector/Engineer and Commissioning Engineer responsible for preparing commissioning documents and managing the commissioning program; evaluating the functionality of all installed electrical systems; reviewed and ensured construction compliance with all contract documents; quality assurance and quality control program for Civil and Systems Engineering; review of contract documents. Some projects under this agreement include:
BWI MARC Station Renovation and Expansion, BWI Airport – Project scope includes expansion to create a larger waiting area, new ticketing facilities, a concession space, and restrooms at the station. Construction Cost: $5,000,000.
Kirk Bus Modernization Phase II – Project scope included constructing a new Kirk Bus Division transportation and storage building to accommodate approximately 175 buses, including articulated / hybrid vehicles. Construction Cost: $63,800,000
