This project is for the SHURE’s new Technical Center in Niles, IL, a 75,000 sq. ft addition and 100,000 sq. ft of Interior buildout. The new addition was completed in 2004 and comprises testing facilities, offices, and storage areas for audio equipment. Since then, SHURE has looked to CCJM to provide additional and ongoing engineering services for many of its building systems including:
- S.N. SHURE Theater Build-Out – The 4,000 square-foot, 143-seat theater, was designed as a state-of-the-art venue for audio and video presentations, product demonstrations, and live music performances.
- SHURE Product Validation Laboratory Renovation – Renovations to existing open office space in the headquarters building, second floor to convert existing testing workstations into an enclosed product validation lab.
- SHURE Thermotron Environmental Test Chamber, 1st and 2nd Floors – Installation of four total Thermotron Environmental Test Chambers.
